<image:title>Selected Artwork - LGA Master Plan with BIM Technology</image:title>
<image:caption>In 2013, I worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), as an on-site BIM Manager consultant. We decided to implement a 4D model for the major planning project at that time — LaGuardia Redevelopment. Many different phases were taking place concurrently and all BIM models were linked with the project schedules. All civil utilities, topography (Civil 3D) and facility models (Revit) are linked into the Navisworks model to create a time sequence with project dates and milestones. The green represents new construction and red represents demolition. After all, time is money!</image:caption>
